The Echo newspaper was organized in 1975 by the National Film Board and members of the community.  The volunteer staff are responsible for editing, typing, pictures, layout and ciruclation. The Dauphin Herald prints and publishes 1,250 copies of the Echo monthly.  750 copies are mailed out of town through a paid subscription.  The balance of the newspapers are distributed to every household in the Ethelbert - Garland district free of charge!!!

Subscription rates are:          $10.00 per year inside of Canada                                                $20.00 per year to the United States                                    Donations are greatly appreciated!!!
