Ethelbert is one of the best places in the Parkland to come out and Curl during the winter. Our curling rink is maintained by a completely volunteer organization which allows us to have the lowest rink fees in the area. We flood three sheets of artificial ice and host a variety of events. During the curling season we have mixed, mens and ladies leagues. The Ethelbert school also utilizes the facilities for after school curling as well as school bonspiels and physical education.
We look forward to seeing teams from throughout Manitoba take part in our Mens, Ladies and Mixed bonspiels.

Ethelbert is the start of some of the best snowmobiling trails in Manitoba. Groomed trails snake their way throughout the Duck Mountains which are only a few miles away. The trails link Swan River to the North, Gilbert Plains, Grandview and Dauphin to the South and Roblin to the West.
Recreation softball is held every Sunday evening at 7pm at the Ethelbert Park softball diamonds. Everyone is welcome to come out and play or cheer on some of the local players from the side.
